* Students must upload a certificate stating their student status in the online form. Valid student card confirming your status and copy of your current enrolment in postgraduate studies, master’s studies, doctoral thesis or peer credentialing.

Terms & conditions

  • Kenes Group will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be done by Online Registration form. One form per person.
  • Registration fee must be paid before the deadline for early registration. Otherwise, your registration fee will be updated to the current one.
  • If member or student registration is selected, please provide the proof of this category. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the difference with ordinary registration fee accordingly.
  • Full payments are required in advance to the conference start date.

Registration fees include

  • Conference material
  • Attendance to all scientific events
  • Coffee on scheduled breaks
  • Certificate of Attendance and / or Participation

Methods of payment

All payments must be made in Euros (€) to KENES GROUP SPAIN by:

  • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, AMEX and MASTERCARD (the only cards accepted).
  • Bank Transfer: if you wish to pay by bank transfer, please fill out the “Online Registration Form payment by bank transfer” first, and you will receive a confirmation with bank details information in order to make the bank transfer. Please kindly send an email to senc2021-reg@kenes.com with an attached copy of your bank transfer within 10 working days. In order to identify your payment, please ensure that the reference “Registration SENC 2021” and participant’s name and last name are stated on the bank transfer.

Bank charges are responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
This option only will be available until October 20th , 2021.

Cancellation policy

  • All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat KENES GROUP – email: senc2021-reg@kenes.com
  • Cancellations received until June 15th 2021: full refund less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received until September 1st 2021: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received from September 2nd 2021 or registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
  • In the event of total cancellation of the congress, full refund will be applied to paid registrations.
  • In the event of postponement or turning into a virtual format, all paid registrations will be transferred to the new format and/or new dates. Full reimbursement will not apply.
  • The cancellation policy stated above, will prevail and remain in force until further notice or update.

Personal insurance

The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries suffered, loss or damage to property belonging to the congress participants, either during or as a result of the event. Please verify the validity of your own insurance.
