* Students must upload a certificate stating their student status in the online form. A valid student card confirming your status and a copy of your current enrolment in postgraduate studies, master’s studies, doctoral thesis or peer credentialing.

Payment methods

All payments must be made in Euros by:

VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards (only accepted cards).

The registration fee includes
  • Conference Material
  • Attendance at all conferences, Trade Show area and posters
  • Coffee breaks
  • Certificate of attendance and/or participation (sent by email)
Cancellations or Changes

Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the AM Conferences Secretariat – email: registrations@congresosenc.es

For cancellations made before June 3, 2025, 100% of the amount will be refunded minus € 50 for administration fees.
Cancellations received after June 4, 2025 or non-attendance: No refund.

Any corresponding refund will be made after the end of the Congress.

Personal insurance

The organisers do not accept liability for personal injury or loss or damage to property of conference participants, whether during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
