Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – email: registration@congresosenc.es. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
• Name changes for accommodation bookings can be made without cancellation fees, provided the Secretariat is informed before August 14th 2027, with an administrative fee of €50. After that date, name changes will not be possible.
• Until June 3rd, 2027: It will be penalized with 1 night cancellation fee.
• From June 4th, 2027 or No Show: No refund. The appropiate refunds will be made after the Congress.
• No partial or total refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation of conferences due to speaker absence or other changes to the program.
